The Sharjah Pioneer Enterprise Support Corporation (RAHAD) provides a range of key support services in an integrated system to create the climate and conditions for establishing pilot projects and enhancing their ability to meet the requirements of success, growth and sustainability. Major support areas include the following services: The support provided by Rawad Foundation includes both new and existing projects and in accordance with the terms and conditions that fit the category of the advanced project with the granting of many preferential advantages through two basic programs of the financing process to facilitate the expansion of the establishment and development of small and medium enterprises in Sharjah. Program 1: Direct Financing Al Rowad Foundation has established this program to finance projects with an investment cost of less than AED 200,000 as part of the granting of financing facilities for the establishment of pilot projects with the following privileges: 1. The amount of funding shall be paid over three years 2. Granting the project a grace period of one year (the first year) of the payment of installments of the amount of funding 3. Exemption from the bank profits or bank interest. Program II: Financing in cooperation with banks This program provides financing for projects with an investment cost of more than AED 200 thousand with the following privileges: 1. The Foundation shall bear 25% of the total guarantees determined by the Bank on the applicant to finance the project, provided that this amount does not exceed the amount of AED 250,000. 2. The Foundation shall bear the percentage of bank profits on financing for the first year of the project. In some cases, this period may be increased after studying and evaluating the performance of the project. 3. The project shall grant a grace period of one year for the payment of installments of the principal amount of financing from the bank / bank. 4. Rowad Foundation shall bear the percentage of profits for the project for a period of three years in case the applicant contributes 50% of the investment cost of the project. 5. Granting preferential privileges linked to Murabaha rate, redemption periods, financing methods and financial guarantees determined according to the activity and field of work of each project to provide access to all projects. Conditions for obtaining funding support from Rawad Foundation: 1. Submit an application to the institution for the data facility and the requirements for obtaining funding support. 2. Provide a feasibility study / work plan for the advanced project to obtain the support of the institution. 3. Participation of the applicant in the financing of the project by not less than 25% of the total investment costs of the project
