Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development Programs Process Steps: Please follow these steps: - Submit the application for registration and documents required by hand to the reception desk. - Receive a call from the consultant to schedule a preliminary interview. - Visit the Khalifa Fund to meet the consultant and get a response. The required documents : - Application for registration: Original Valid passport: - Valid Registration: Project Summary: Valid UAE Identity Card - Photos: Two photos - Statement of income and list of financial obligations and debts (if any): - Higher Education Certificate (if applicable): Biography Training Certificates: Commercial license issued by the Department of Economic Development Membership of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry General Conditions: - The applicant and partners must be UAE nationals. - Applicants and partners should be adults who are 21 years of age. - The applicant or partners can not obtain more than one loan. - The project should not rely on the labor intensive and unskilled. - The number of commercial licenses issued on behalf of the applicant or partners shall not exceed 5 licenses at the time of submitting the application. - The project should be among the sectors approved by the Fund for financing. Funding Terms: - The contribution of the applicant or partners to not less than 10% of the total cost of the project. - The applicant or partners have a good banking history. - In case of any financial obligations or debts, the applicant or partners must provide evidence of the financial ability to settle these debts. - Commitment of the applicant or partners to submit financial statements on project financing to all interested parties in the Fund. - The applicant or partners successfully complete all training courses provided by the Fund (if necessary). - Submission by the applicant or partners of the periodic financial statements of project performance of the Fund. - Approval of the Executive Committee of the Khalifa Fund. - The Fund reserves the right to request any additional information or materials to ensure continuity of business. - The loan can be repaid within a period of up to 5 years from the date of signing the contract with the bank.
