Process Steps Please follow these steps: Submit the application for registration and documents required by hand to the reception desk. Receive a call from the consultant to schedule an interview. Visit the Khalifa Fund to meet with the consultant. The required documents Original registration request Passport photo not expired Copy summary Valid Summary of the idea of the image work Plan of Action (if any) Two photos The last certificate of study with a picture Biography Picture ID card image Valid If the project is in place, the above documents must be submitted in addition to the following: Financial accounts for the last two years Business license image Issued by the Department of Economic Development Membership certificate Chamber of Commerce and Industry image special conditions The request for funding or support for new projects or a list of small and medium size. Applicants and partners must be UAE nationals. Applicants must be aged 21 years or older. The applicant and partners are serious and committed to the establishment of the business. The project shall be located in the United Arab Emirates. The project should not rely on unskilled labor. Applicants or partners are not allowed to apply for more than one loan. Preferably the applicant or partners should complete the project completely. The main activity of the project should not be in the areas of trade, contracting, real estate brokerage, securities trading, car rental, machinery, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, health and education institutions. In the absence of the specialization or experience of the applicant or partners, an expert on the subject is required as part of the knowledge sharing process in order to ensure the feasibility and success of the project. Advisory services are provided on the basis of the recommendations of the business consultant, which must be approved by the screening committee in the Department of Enterprise Development.
